Creative Studio // Information

"Clarity in process. Precision in execution."

Why are there two options — Studio and Local Series?

Not every project requires the same level of production.

Helmet Studio is built for high-end, fully crafted productions with detailed planning and a cinematic finish.
Local Series is a more streamlined approach — faster, simpler, and more accessible.

Same creative vision — different scale.

What kind of clients do you work with?

We work with hospitality brands, restaurants, venues, and selected local businesses that care about how they present themselves visually.

We cover the full production process — from pre-production to post-production.

This includes video production, photography, and social media content for hospitality and lifestyle brands. We also shoot events, create menu and lifestyle visuals, and produce content tailored for digital platforms.

Depending on your needs, we can handle the entire process or step in at a specific stage — whether it’s production only or editing existing footage.

We also offer website design, helping brands not just create content, but build a cohesive presence.

Our goal isn’t just to deliver a service — it’s to be a creative partner in how your brand shows up.

How much does a project cost?

Pricing depends on the scope, production level, and deliverables.
Studio and Local Series are priced differently based on how the project is built.

How long does a project take?

We typically deliver initial drafts within 6–8 business days after the shoot, as we take on a limited number of projects to maintain quality.

If needed, faster delivery can be arranged with a rush fee, depending on availability and urgency.

Can I book a shoot anytime?

We take on a limited number of projects to maintain quality.
Availability is selective, so early inquiries are recommended.

Do you handle editing and post-production?

Yes. Every project includes editing, color grading, and final optimization for web and social platforms.

If preferred, we can also provide raw footage only, without post-production.

Can you travel for projects?

Yes — depending on the project scope, we’re available for travel.

How do we get started?

Reach out with a short message about your project.
We’ll send you a quick form to better understand your needs, goals, and expectations.

From there, we shape the project and guide you through the next steps.

Do all of the brands in your portfolio work directly with Helmet?

Not always.

Some projects come through direct client relationships, while others are collaborations with creative agencies or production teams that bring Helmet in for specific roles such as filming, editing, or visual direction.

When a project is agency-led, we make that collaboration clear whenever possible.

The portfolio reflects creative work we were personally involved in — whether independently or as part of a larger production process.
